Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return any product that is in resalable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the initial shipping costs.
Can I get a replacement for a puzzle piece my pet chewed?
Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements for individual puzzle pieces. You would need to purchase a whole new puzzle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need assistance with placing a new order, please contact our customer service team.
I believe I am missing a puzzle piece. What should I do?
If you believe you are missing a puzzle piece, please double-check the packaging and the area where you assembled the puzzle. Sometimes pieces can get stuck in the box or fall on the floor. If you still can’t find the piece, contact our customer service team with your order details. We offer a free replacement for first-time requests within 30 days of purchase. You must have a picture of the assembled puzzle and the lot number on the box as well.
Do you offer custom puzzles?
Yes, we offer custom puzzles, but only for bulk orders of 500 or more puzzles at a time. These custom puzzles will be produced during our next batch run. We sell our puzzles wholesale to numerous stores across the country. If there’s a specific store where you’d like to purchase our puzzles, you can ask them to carry our products. How long did it take for you to write the Waterfalls of Michigan Guidebooks?
I began photographing waterfalls in 2010. My first book was published in 2015, followed by four more in 2016 and 2017. Since then, I have updated two of the books to include additional waterfalls and new information, such as whether the locations are pet-friendly and if they can be visited in the winter.
