We do not refund the original shipping cost.

To initiate an exchange, please:

Send us the product you are wanting to exchange-including your name and order number, create a new order for the item you wish to receive instead, and you will receive a refund for the product you are returning. Please make sure the product is returned without damage.

Please note that the exchange process follows the same shipping responsibility guidelines as our return conditions.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their return package is properly insured. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using shipping services that offer tracking and insurance for your protection.
