- We only accept returns on products that are in their original condition.
- We do not accept returns on damaged products.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
- We do not refund the original shipping cost.
Exchange Process
We are happy to offer exchanges for our products. To initiate an exchange, please:
- Send us the product you are wanting to exchange.
- Create a new order for the item you wish to receive instead.
Please note that the exchange process follows the same shipping responsibility guidelines as our return policy.
